RE Atmos design plans for SH 121 (1 of 2) (2)City of Coppell (Water Non-Reimbursable)

Keith,
We have a meeting tomorrow with the telecoms and I will update you on
the meeting. Is there anyone at your office that is familiar with the
U.I.R. process? I tried to access the U.I.R. but the system is giving me
an error and I wanted to check if Coppell is in the system and if there
is an administrator on board. If Coppell has never sent in a permit
request then we would need Coppell to submit an online request. At this
time I will not be able to send you the link since the system is down.
It would take one or two days for approval if we don’t have any
conflicts with other utilities from your proposed alignment.
Thanks

Tony,
The City is working on adjusting our plans to avoid conflict with the
Atmos relocation effort that is currently underway. We will be moving
to 10' from the right of way for our water line. This is necessary for
us to safely construct our line.
We will be prepared to submit final plans by the end of next week for
permitting purposes. Please send me information on submitting these
through your online system, and give me an indication of how long the
review period will be.
We are unable to attend the coordination meeting this week, so please
share any critical information with us via email.

Chris,
I provided all the information that I have so far to Keith and
yourself last week after the meeting, The only approvals that I have so
far are Atmos gas which are 2”, 4” and 6” mains on both sides of SH 121,
Oncor has two approved permits and I also sent the 24” gas crossing for
Atmos on Freeport which should be approved very soon after they submit
my revised comments and mark ups. I have not seen Charles Martinez
layout yet but I believe Charles has a good idea where the duct bank
will be located based on his research and the pot hole information that
Charles will be acquiring.

Tony,
Can you provide details on placement corridors for all utility
companies? We’d like to know if any adjustments would create domino
effect for other utilities?

Tony,
Thank you for this information. Have you shared this data with
Charles Martinez w/TGA?
I spoke with him after the meeting regarding status of
data/fiber and from our conversation I gathered that he needed this as
well.

Keith,
Here is the first set of Atmos proposed design plans, I will
also be sending you Oncor design just in case you need them. As you are
aware they will be within 3’ from the proposed ROW at 1’ offset. The
South bound F.R. for Oncor is 95% complete except for the tie-ins. We
just approved the North bound F.R. this week and that work should start
in about two weeks. There are two crossings that are involved with Oncor
N.B.F.R. plans.
Please let me know if you need any additional information.
