FW 0364-02-017 etc SH 121 Archeological Survey Utility Locate at Denton Creek (2)Gentlemen;
Please see below request from Ms. Heady. The required archeological
survey per plan is scheduled to happen beginning Monday, November 4,2013
and possibly extend through Wednesday, November 6, 2013. Could you
please have your utilities clearly marked in the area as requested by
Ms. Heady. I am presently in the process of requesting a Dig Tess 811
locate for this area, and as we all know, municipal utilities are
generally not included. For Midstream, I’m simply not sure if they are
or are not.

Please have line locates done on the north and south sides of SH 121
within any existing and new ROW areas from Patriot to the east of
Denton Creek.
Kevin is planning to perform the excavation work beginning on Monday,
November 4, and possibly work through Wednesday.
Is this schedule okay?

highlighted. If you would, please mark on these plans (and return) the
area requested for the archeological survey and I will request locates
accordingly. I will turn this request in on or around October 24th or
