RE SH 121 - City of Coppell (2)Yes, myself and the utility coordination staff should be available after the meeting. Please provide any easement documentation for our review. From: Keith Marvin [mailto:KMarvin@coppelltx.gov] Sent: Tuesday, June 18, 2013 9:22 AM To: Tony Martinez Cc: Michael Garza; David Stauder; Schmitt Chris; Casey McBroom Subject: Re: SH 121 - City of Coppell Tony, TNP is working at the direction of the City of Coppell on this project. They are not able to provide you design status updates until they have cleared their design with us. It may help to speed that process up if you include the city in your correspondence with them. We met yesterday to go over the preliminary design, and we will be prepared to go over the status with you at the meeting on Thursday. We would also like to set up a meeting to discuss the details of our pending reimbursement request. Are you available Thursday after the meeting?
