Re SH 121 utility adjustments (3)Ok. I don't believe we are eligible for any reimbursement. Our
relocation plans are currently under design. We will submit for your
review once we have plans.
See you at the meeting next week.

City of Coppell, sorry about that I copied and paste and I
didn’t make the changes all the way thru the email. I realized what I

Tony,
Please clarify your questions. Are you asking about Grapevine or
Coppell?

Mr. Marvin
I will be the new utility coordinator for Denton county
and I had a few questions and request, At this time I am just trying to
get up to speed on where each utility company stands. I will be
reviewing the utility design plans for the above mentioned project.
This information will be very helpful in placing the utilities in the
utility corridor. If you need any additional information to assist you
please let me know as soon as possible so I may gather the information
and forward it to you. It is my understanding that the City of Coppell
qualifies for reimbursement to relocate their facilities.
Questions/Request
1. Has the subsurface utility engineering plans
been provided to the City of Coppell.
2. For the proposed relocations will the City of
Coppell be upgrading their facilities.
3. Please provide easement documentation for the
acquired parcels affecting the proposed relocation.
4. Plans showing existing and proposed adjustments.
(please send PDF’s to my email)
5. Provide construction, engineering and easement
acquisition cost.
6. All incurred cost shall be itemized and
detailed.
7. Provide horizontal location on plans based off
the R.O.W. line and show vertical depth.
