RE Preliminary 12 PlansThere are a few more questions, notes, etc. that we will want to add to
these prior to making a formal submittal. What I’ll likely do is take
any remaining internal comments, and clearly note them on these sheets.
Then, I can forward them to you, or meet you one day to go over them.
That will also give you a chance to have any of your own comments ready
at that time.

We are still conducting some internal plan reviews before we are ready
to make a formal submittal, but if you wanted to take an early look at
them I think they are complete enough for that. If there was anything
you spotted we could try and make those changes as well before
submitting for formal review through the City/TxDOT. Just let me know,
