Re HWY 121 Upcoming MeetingKeith I agree with this approach. Originally I was hoping to let our project by end of July. We need permit from TXDOT in order to start construction but not necessarily to bid. We are about a week out from being ready to bid the project. Chris was able to get in contact with Charles Martinez who basically confirmed that he had telecoms at 9’ and 11’ from the right of way. He also stated that he has not really done much since he knew this was going to happen, to put words in his mouth. He was not really impressed with TxDOT’s activities it seemed. I wanted to see if there was anything we could be doing in preparation for the next meeting (exhibits, old correspondence, etc.). Otherwise, we can hold tight until some further decisions are made. Just let us know. Thanks. <image001.jpg> Casey McBroom, P.E.
