Thank you for coming in this morning. We appreciate your
interest in working with us to solve our water line issue on Sandy Lake
Road. Per our conversation I am attaching a PDF of the proposed plan.
We found a way to eliminate one of the 8” bores, leaving only the one
12”, and one 8” bore. We are still working toward profiles for those.
I found and attached the gas line permit and drawings for the
gas line out there. Unfortunately this was installed earlier this year
at minimum cover.
I’m also attaching my spreadsheet with quantities and pay items.
Please use these items for your bid. Let me know if you have any
questions.
Please send me your bid by the close of business on Monday,
12/9/13. I will review and get back with you on Tuesday. Please
include the time you would expect the project to take, and when you
would be able to start. Bear in mind we will want to transfer the
residential services to the first section of water line ASAP and shut
down the 16”.
