Brian,
Thank you for the invitation. I could either
attend the meeting, or provide you an update to share at the meeting.
We will want to schedule a meeting on-site with you and all the
available residents when the project is awarded. We anticipate
advertising for bid beginning in January, with a City Council award in
February or March. We would then begin construction in April or May.
Once we have a contractor on board we will want to bring them to the
meeting to make introductions and visit with each owner to discuss their
specific questions and concerns. This meeting will happen just prior to
beginning construction.
Let me know what you would prefer to do.
