Dear Mr. Lev, is:
Slq,.-hawk Venture is the owner of the 4.8229 acres of land known as Lot 3 of the Connell Skaggs Addition
to the CiD' of Coppell. located on the north side of San~' Lake Road just west o£ Denton Tap Road as
shown on the attached dray, rog, Exhibit "A" (the "Propert?"). Subject to your execution o£ this Letter
A~eement we hereby authorize you to connect to the eMs-ting water line on the Property and to ex-tend the
line as shown on the attached Offsite Water Plan. Denton Tap Development dated I 1/97 and prepared by
Dowdey, Anderson & Associates, Inc., to our northern boun .dary. All work shall be accomplished across
the Property in accordance with Cit' of Coppell code requirements.
Slq,.'hawk Venture grants you permission to enter upon the Propem., at all reasonable times and from time
to time for the purpose, at your risk, cost and ex'pense, of installing the water line as discussed above. You
shall not cause or permit to be caused any damage to the Property, and shall not create any liens against
the Property or S19.'hawk Venture. Upon completion of the laying of the water line, you a~ee to
reasonably restore the property to its original condition by grading and smoothing off the site. and any
other work required to restore the Propen? to a clean and safe condition. You a~ee also to indemnify and
hold Slq,.-haw'k Venture harmless against any liability and expense arising out of your entn' and work on
the Property. Before any work is commenced upon the Propen3'. you w-ill pro~--ide Slg.'hawk Venture with
a Certificate of Insurance sho~Sng proof of general liability coverage wSth limits of at least $1.000.000.00,
workers compensation with statutory, benefits, and automobile liability with a limit of at least
$1.000,000.00. Slcyhawk Venture shall be named as additional insured on your general liability coverage.
The mutual benefit derived by both Slg.'hawk Venture and you is deemed consideration st~cient to
support the Letter Agreement. Please sign below acknowled~ng your a~eement to the above, return the
fully executed original of this letter to me, and have the above discussed Certificate of Insurance
forwarded to me.
