Re Vanbebber Road Survey Notice LettersChris,
Based on our meeting this morning I had expected to get one letter that could be printed 100+/- times and added to our letter. With a personalized letter we will have to print and collate
each one with the appropriate personalized letter from us. This will increase our work load.
We have also refined the list to eliminate duplicates and old contact information where we had something better. See the attached spreadsheet with a combined list for both streets.
My preference is one letter addressed to "Dear Resident", however if you wish to include a personalized letter, please use the attached list, print them all and courier them to me tomorrow
for inclusion in our mailout.

Attached are the survey notice letters (26 total) for the properties
along Vanbebber Road. I included letters for renters or lessees in
addition to the property owners as shown in Dallas County Appraisal
District records and on your mailing list.
We will provide the letters for Sandy Knoll Drive in a separate email to
be delivered late this afternoon or first thing tomorrow morning.
