Louis,
I wanted to follow up on our Tuesday meeting. I understand you will be
sending copies of your contact documents to us in Word format so George
can work in his Willow Springs portion. In the interest of meeting our
agreed upon bid schedule please send those at your earliest convenience.
I also understand we will issue bid documents from our office. At the
appropriate time we'll need 10 full size sets and a reproducible
electronic copy with signatures in case we need to make more.
