them.
We're eager to get Van Bebber and Willow Springs out to bid.

You should have received our Van Bebber submittal today. Louis wanted
to get it near 100% to limit comments and hopefully go from here to Bid
Docs. I am guessing that you may have a few comments. He put quite a
bit of effort into the grading and details for intersections and ramps
due to the flat slope out there. We are hoping this limits any RFIs and
gives the Contractor very clear direction on grades so result is
positive drainage.
We can meet or discuss over the phone. Let us know where you want to go
from here. We'd like to get comments on Sandy Knoll and work on that as
well as prepare Bid Docs for Van Bebber ASAP.
