RE Tax 2010A & 2011BKeith A couple of questions I want to verify on the sheet 6 water line plan On the attached markup there appears to be a FH sketched in about 0+10 extending north on Denton Tap Road Is this an additional FH, or is the FH at 0+33 to be moved there? At Lakewood Drive, I interpreted the markup to mean extend the tie-in for future reconstruction beyond the end of new pavement, and install a wye and 45° bend to connect to the existing in its current location. Is this correct? As shown on attached sheet 6, I extended 2’ past proposed pvmt, called for pvmt cut repair, and a wye to connect to existing. See attached. He's made two changes that directly affect Vanbebber. He has created a pay item for stamped concrete, which will require that you back this quantity out of your concrete, and include it under the new item. He has also eliminated the pay item for removal of concrete culvert and made it subsidiary to ROW prep. Please review these modified documents, and provide any additional feedback you may have. We still plan to advertize this Friday. We will need you concurrence by Wednesday morning that we will be ready. We'll then handle the advertizement. No later than Friday we'll need 10 sets of signed and sealed full size plans, and a signed cover sheet of the contract documents. We'll handle printing and binding the contract documents. We'll also need a reproducible PDF of your drawings in case we need to print more. Please call me if you have any questions or concerns about this schedule. Feel free to call George directly with any technical questions on the changes he has made to the documents. Thanks, Keith Keith Marvin, P.E.
