Louis,
I’ve looked through section one, and the only question I have is does
the $50 cost for plans cover your expense for producing and distributing
the bid documents?
I’m looking forward to reviewing the bid/plan quantity information when
it is updated. Please send us a copy of the plans to review the changes
made as well.
Attached is the latest wage determination.

Attached is Section 1 for review
I want to make sure my understanding of the bid summary sheet is
correct
other changes to note:
1) the notice to bidders includes the BidSync wording that was sent
2) items 19 and 20 were edited to reflect the single total bid per the
bid summary
3) the following items were deleted from the bid schedule
8” Lime treated subgrade – replaced with 8” subgrade
preparation
Hydrated lime
Pavement markings
Traffic buttons
27” RCP
Install trees
We are re-check all quantities so they have not been changed yet
Does the City have a copy of their latest Prevailing Wage Rates that
can be sent to us?
I have included a scanned copy of the section 1 markups for reference
