Per our discussion I have attached an invoice indicating charges
related to retesting. This is NOT an actual invoice so please do NOT
pay it. I can do the same thing for on-site cancellations if you would
like, but I will have to go through every trip ticket for the entire
project. Please let me know if you would like me to do this as it will
take some time.
