On 10/09/2013, at 6:20 p.m. I arrived to my residence at 238 Southern Belle Drive, Coppell, Texas. I then sat in my front yard on the swing until 6:50 waiting and then went inside my house to wait. You and and a group of men knocked multiple times on the door to house across the street, but did not come to my house to speak with me. At 7:11 p.m. I called and spoke to you questioning why nobody came to my house, at which time you advised that you did not see me in my front yard waiting and that you would catch up with me in two months when you were working on my side of the street. An agreement that seemed reasonable to me. Regardless, I marked the six functioning sprinkler heads after turning them on and confirming their proper functioning on the evening of 10/10/2013, after seeing cuts in the drive way and tire marks in the lawn closest to southern belle drive (referred to as "the tree lawn" hereafter because I do not know the official term) with small stakes of wood, in case you needed them identified. Today, 10/11/2013, three of those six wooden stakes are missing -- probably because of the machinery that drove over the tree lawn and buried them. Because of the severity of the damage to the tree lawn, I would believe that the sprinkler heads it this area are most likely now broken and not functioning. I recognize that with construction comes damaged property, both of which do not bother me. However, your letter states, "We will replace your system just as we find it on 10/9/13, nothing more but nothing less." Considering Pavecon representatives did not do a walk through with me on the original agreed upon date, could you or someone please confirm that I will not have any issues with the replacement and required repares to the property upon completion of the construction? Meaning, Pavecon will replace the irrigation system and repair the tree lawn. > > > VR, > > Stephanie > 216-470-6591
