City says we can start on Thursday with the sawing and breaking, removal to follow on Friday. I will get the barricades set up to be onsite Wednesday, you will have to close the lane
on Wednesday. Please set up the sawing with WOE for Thursday and make sure they saw the centerline with an offset so we can set forms when we pave, I think it should be at least one
foot off the existing centerline. All we are required to have in the one remaining travel lane is 11’ and this is a 27’ street so measure off of the existing curb to remain and mark
an 11’ lane and that is where we will saw.
Make sure we leave the paving in place for the alleys or driveways until you have flex base onsite to build temporary access to all of these areas.
We need to video the site and visit with the home owners to verify their irrigation is working and to show us the cutoffs. I will pass out flyers to request an evening where we can meet
onsite to do this verification by Wednesday.
