water / rain proof?

We had a malfunction in our school zone flashers on Mockingbird
this afternoon. Our traffic folks are concerned that the equipment may
have gotten wet during our watering operation. Can you make sure to
avoid the cabinet mounted equipment on the two school flashers when you
do your watering out there.
We are attempting to dry the equipment and will test to see if
it functions in the morning.
