RE Mockingbird ProjectHi Keith
We send our PTO newsletter out on Thursdays so our deadline is
Wednesdays by noon. Please feel free to communicate with our East
families through this avenue. You can send any updates to me and I’ll
pass them along to our editor.
Thanks, again!

Thanks for dropping by the meeting, and for contacting me. I think
including information about the project in the newsletter is a great
idea. I’m attaching copies of the talking points I used this evening
for the project, and the notice that we sent out about the meeting and
the start of the project. Feel free to pull information from these for
your newsletters.
I’ll include your email addresses on my list for project updates. When
do you need information by in order to make the weekly newsletter? I’ll
try to get you something to include as we move forward.
Thanks,
Keith

Subject: Mockingbird Project
Hi, Keith
I met you tonight at the meeting at Mockingbird Elementary. I had to
unexpectedly leave early because a delivery arrived at my house earlier
than expected.
I am the PTO President at Coppell Middle School East. I am copying
Maureen Pranske who is the PTO President at Mockingbird Elementary. Do
you have anything about the project that we could run in our PTO
newsletters? An overall project plan and/or in the future weekly
updates for the project? Maybe something like “For the week of April
29, the City of Coppell will be (insert whatever is happening with
the project that week)” or something along those lines. Our weekly
newsletters are sent electronically to almost all of our students’
families and would be a great resource to use to communicate the project
to those who live in the area and travel Mockingbird Lane the most.
We welcome and appreciate the communication with the city about this
project because of the impact it will have on our school population.
Thank you –
Lian Loop
