RE Mockingbird LaneKeith,
I want to express my appreciation to you and your staff for meeting
with us this week, and especially for finding a way to provide the
additional storm drain inlet during the Mockingbird Lane reconstruction.
We are VERY pleased that your team was able to develop a drain solution
that we consider to be an "elegant solution " and incorporate it into
the existing street reconstruction project.
We have lived in Coppell nearly 30 years. A key reason for our
remaining has always been the high level of city services and
cooperation of the City staff in helping to resolve problems.
Again, THANK YOU for your help with this solution.

> I apologize for the delay in sending you this email. When we finished
talking on Tuesday morning we continued to investigate the possibility
of installing an additional inlet south of your property. It looks like
we can add a 5' curb inlet between your driveway and the telephone
pedestal south of the driveway.

> While I believe we have adequately engineered the new street and
drainage improvements to alleviate the problems you have experienced in
the past, we are willing to add this additional inlet to give you and
your wife the additional peace of mind that it will provide.
>
> In light of adding this inlet, we can revisit the wall discussion and
relocation of the lead walk to your mailbox. We are happy to restore
this in any fashion you choose.
>
> Feel free to call me to discuss this at your convenience at
