RE City of Coppell Construction ProjectKeith,
I have reviewed the plans, and it looks like Oncor has 3 underground
crossings in the area. I don't anticipate any conflicts, but just wanted
to let you know the locations. One of the crossings is at the alley
between Dove and Villa Wood, and the other spot is between Bethel School
and Falcon (2 runs of cable in this crossing).
Let me know if you need any more information.

Subject: City of Coppell Construction Project
The attached plan set is for the reconstruction of Mockingbird Lane
here in Coppell from Bethel School to Oriole Lane. This is another one
of our residential rebuilds, where we are essentially picking up the
street and rebuilding in the same location. There will be no expansion.
We intend to reconstruct this street beginning in late April 2013 with
the expectation to have the bulk of the work completed by September 1st
of 2013. This is a compressed time frame in an effort to minimize the
impact to the two schools adjacent to the project.
Please review the plans to determine if you have any infrastructure
within this area that may be impacted by the construction. If you
believe you will need to make modifications to your infrastructure, or
if you need additional information on the project, please let me know.
The design engineer and I would be happy to meet with you to discuss the
project in greater detail.
