Final State Architectural Barriers (ADA) Inspection Scheduled for Mockingbird Lane Reconstruction Mockingbird Lane Oriole Ln to Bethel School Rd Coppell TX 75019
Dear Mr. Marvin,
The final state architectural barriers (ADA) inspection for the above
referenced project has been scheduled for This Wednesday, August 21st,
at approximately 2:30pm.
Please reply if there are any special instructions as to a meeting
place or any check-in requirements once I arrive onsite.
State law requires that an 'Owner Designee' be present at the time of
the inspection, and sign the TDLR Proof of Inspection Form that I will
have in my possession. The Designee can essentially be anyone, including
the tenant, a receptionist, project manager, site superintendent, etc.
If you are unable to be present during the inspection, please notify the
site representative of my arrival at the referenced date and time.
Should you desire a more accurate time of arrival onsite, please call
my cell phone at (214) 642-2559, within 30 minutes of the scheduled
time.
Once the inspection is completed, a report with instructions will be
generated and issued via email in pdf format.
