Appreciation and one punch itemKeith, thanks for making everything happen on the Mockingbird project.
The contractor did a great job, the new roadway is nice, I can tell a
difference. Especially like the wider alley entrances and accessible
sidewalks.
One punchlist item regarding irrigation. I had noted to one of the
workers the south end of the irrigation along the street curb was not
working ( about 3 heads). they immediately got those working that day.
Since then I noticed the mid section along the curb are not working now.
I believe these 2 sections used to be on the same zone. The grass is
starting to look like Bastrop. Can you have them take a look at this.
