Change Order for Native Seed and Bermuda Blend at NorthlakeJohn,
See attached change order and seed alternative for North Lake. This is
highly recommended by our landscaping company. The specifications call
for all Bermuda seed and Greenscaping, our landscapers, have raised
concern that for this application, the Bermuda seed will germinate and
grow while AW is irrigating, but after we move offsite, this grass will
be dormant much of the time. The native blend he has recommended is
made for applications such as this. Also, only putting one variety of
seed on the dam, leaves the grass susceptible to disease which will not
be an issue with multiple varieties. Let me know if you would like to
proceed with this option.
