RE North lakeKeith, The only thing we’re missing is your feedback and input on the contract documents, primarily all the contract language, schedule, and such. We have not received TCEQ approval, but they’ve been dragging for some reason. We received one round of comments and replied to those back in May. Patrick is trying to get them moving. They normally are much quicker when they know a bid is coming up. We only legally need their approval before construction starts and since we already have their comments, there’s no need to wait on them to start the advertising process. That will work through your normal processes. Our current contract went through the bid, so we’re covered. We’ve sent you a proposed contract for the general representation assuming you were handling the daily inspection. Assuming that hasn’t changed, we’ll need execution of that sometime before construction starts. I’d be glad to come out and talk over any comments or the front end documents if that’s helpful to you. Do you need any new copies? What do we need to do at this point to move forward with the bidding process? Keith Marvin, P.E. I've asked the Finance Director to let Keith know when the sale is final so Keith can let you know. I will be out of the country till August 12th.
