Our attorney is hoping for a quick resolution. I don’t have an answer on the other question concerning who to submit plans to in Dallas. I haven’t dealt with anybody concerning anything but the utilities. I’m copying Bill Walker on this email and maybe he has a contact at Dallas to submit the plans to. If not, then I would assume we would just follow the normal submittal requirements for Dallas. Ken Griffin
