IFCD#3 said it would be Monday before they could put a letter together. Along with a Hold Harmless letter, we would need a list of contacts to call during the siphoning operations. I’m trying to respond to questions from the Contactor and Coppell. I appreciate your help. A photo would be helpful. The detail does not show an apron. I have forwarded your email to him and will let you know when I hear back. I’m sure some platform could easily be built to prevent splashover. Are they planning to flair or compress the end of the 18” pipe so the water comes out in a flatter dispersion of the flow and none of it splashes out into the street?
