Robert,
Attached is an overall lot layout plan that includes an additional 22
acres to the northwest. It provides a bigger picture of the proposed
development and is more than likely what Ramiro is looking for. The West
Cell Phase 1 & 2 shown on the attached drawing is the identical layout
as what we submitted to you. We should be able to have a concept plan
showing proposed utilities to you today as well.

It is my understanding that Bill Walker has consulted with Steve
McCulllough concerning the intent of the West Cell grading operations. I
understand that Steve will be coordinating with Ramiro Lopez who may be
calling a group meeting in an effort to keep the West Cell process
