With this project, we would like you to take the lead on the project
description, and any schedule and method description you feel
appropriate. We can have a projector available if you wish to do a
power point presentation. With the site visit scheduled immediately
following, that may not be necessary though.
The city will cover the format and timing of the bid submittal.
