Re Spillway RunoffWell I assume he is talking about the 42". He drove up to me while I was
investigating it. John and I have discussed this option I just have to
verify that it is feasible.
Let us know if he has some other ideas.

Hi Kieth,
It has come to my attention that Billingsly has become
difficult regarding the methodology how the lake is to be drained. I
appreciate his concern. I talked with Michael of Archer this morning and
I have an idea that could save thousands upon thousands of dollars and
make Billingsly happy as well. I would like to meet with you and discuss
my idea. I know I got Michael's attention and I hope you allow me to
talk to you in depth about it.
This coming Monday is not a good day, but the rest of the
week I am totally free.
Thanks,
James
P. S. I left the quarterly dam report with Michael at your
office bldg. I would normally have done it in Jan., but I have to spend
time and effort walking down both dams, and I gave my hip more time to
heal before tackling the task.
