After checking ourꂬకiles, Mike Boyd & Richard Arvizu have previously provideꄠకall the wetlands info that we currently have. From thosꆔకsketches, it does appear that the proposed channel
couldꈈకossibly touch the wetlands in two distinct spots. Howevꉼక, if John Rutledge is correct about it being okay to digꋰకn a wetlands with a backhoe rather than a dozer, this shꍤకldn't
be an insurmountable problem.
Assuming that youꏘకDallas and TCEQ are all now okay with your dewatering plꑌక, what will the City of Irving need for their approvals ꓀కd how quickly do you think the work can proceed?
