Bill
In my opinion, all we need is a simple letter that states that the
property owner will pay $77,500 towards the cost of the revised plan to
lower the lake through the existing 42” raw water line.
Some of the particulars of the work are:
The lake will be pumped into the 42” raw water line and
discharged to the Elm Fork of the Trinity River;
The lake lowering should take about 50 days;
The total cost is $205,000 which will be paid as follows
– Archer Western $50,000, City of Coppell $77,500 and Billingsley’s
$77,500.
Maybe I’m simplifying this too much, but again, a letter on the
Billingsley’s letterhead agreeing to contribute $77,500 towards the
revised lake lowering method should suffice. To ensure I can include it
in the Council packet, I need the letter by noon on Friday.
Thanks
Ken
