Ken & Keith-
We are wrapping up the final plans and specifications for North Lake Dam. I’ve been looking over the calendar to see what might be our best option(s) for the project bid schedule. It’s
looking like we would be somewhat rushed to make the November 12th council meeting, and I’m assuming that the November 26th meeting is likely to be canceled. Based on that, the following
schedule is directed toward a December 10th council meeting:
Advertise for Bid 10/25/13
Pre-Bid Meeting & Site Visit 11/7/13
Bid Opening 11/21/13
Agenda Item Prepared 12/4/13
Council Approval 12/10/13
If the November 26th council meeting will still be held, we can certainly shift this schedule back 1-2 weeks. Please let me know your thoughts on the adjusted schedule. We’re definitely
open to other changes as you see fit.
