Dear Mr. Doyle:-
Pursuant to your request on the attached letter, it is
anticipated that the Contractor will be substantially complete
around August 15, 1989. Regarding the liquidated damages
statement, we cannot address that at this point in time due to
the fact that the Contractor has requested a time extension
pursuant to justifiable delays, i.e. rain, bad weather
conditions, changes, etc.
