North Lake Dam -- TCEQ Approval LetterAll-
I’ve attached a PDF scan of the TCEQ Approval Letter dated May 30,
2013. It states that the construction plans and specs have been
approved, though we are still waiting on the final H&H review. FNI does
not anticipate any significant issues or changes with the H&H study, but
it is still pending.
