Attached is our final cost estimate. The total comes out to about
$3.7M.
Since the last submittal in April, we’ve included the slope flattening
on the Main Dam in order to allow for removal of the irrigation system.
This added about $500,000 to the total cost. Here’s a quick summary of
the changes since April:
April 30, 2013
Total Estimate - $3,155,00
October 24, 2013
Total Estimate - $3,663,400
- Additional demolition for removal of asphalt road and
concrete waver barrier on Main Dam ($131,000)
- Addition of almost 40,000 CY of fill for flattening slope of
Main Dam ($234,200)
- Additional 12.5 acres for grassing due to flattening slope
of Main Dam ($17,000)
- Addition of the 3 toe piezometers affected by flattening
slope of Main Dam ($30,000)
- Addition of Internal Drainage System line item for
modifications to the blanket drain system affected by flattening slope
of Main Dam ($50,000)
