Attached are our comments to the Agreement. Please feel free to
call with any questions or concerns. I will have KHA draft up Exhibit 1
(The Property) and Exhibit 2 (Street Improvements – Plan to use the
Sheet Index if acceptable). I will get a current Exhibit 3 from Tiseo
(Cost Schedule). We are currently awaiting sulphate tests back from
Alpha which will tell us if we can lime per plan or not. If not we will
probably need to increase the concrete depth.
