RE RFI 7 - Excavation of intake retaining wall slab footing and conduit slab footingMichael, I’m a little late with this comment, but it’s just a reminder
that the small space you’re leaving for forming the footing will be
filled with compacted fill in the prescribed layers and you’ll have to
have enough room to for your compaction equipment. So you may want to
leave it the width of the hand packer you’re planning on using.
