Services group today. I think we are headed in the right direction.

See attached email-- the documents from the sale by Luminant of the
North Lake Pump Station Land and Property to the City of Coppell.
We need to make contact with them. They need to been given the
necessary steps to startup this POI. One of these steps is to have their
station checkout to determine that it capable to be energized .

Do we have any drawings or other data related to this when it was owned
by Luminant? However, as this is an HV account it would be reasonable
there is need to be certain the protective systems are fully operational
if they have been out of service for a length of time.
I will look to see if we have any files on this. I am not certain any
additional contracts are needed as it is existing retail, but I question
whether there needs to be any assumption of ownership actions. We will
look into it.
