West Cell Information for North Lake CoordinationGood afternoon, John and Keith.
Bill Walker asked that I forward you our information for the
preliminary concept for West Cell which includes Phase 1 and 2. Attached
is a PDF of the overall plan along with a CAD file. The streets that are
part of Hemingway Court are drafted in based on a City of Irving topo
PDF. The attached CAD file can be inserted directly into the topo file I
provided Michael Suarez last week and which is available through our FTP
link. Below is information about that topo file and FTP instructions I
sent Michael:
Michael,
The topo information and boundary information for West Cell Phase 1
(color blue) and approximate boundary for Phase 2 (color cyan) can be
accessed through the FTP site below. A topographic survey was performed
for Phase 1 and is planned for Phase 2. To augment the topo information,
the file includes TNRIS LiDAR data with contours and elevations. The
Phase 2 boundary is based off information provided from Michael Boyd who
is in the process of developing a CLOMR for the proposed Phase 2
grading. Let me know if this information meets your needs and if there
is anything else we can provide to assist.
