Removal of topsoil is considered incidental to the required excavation
line item. The pilot channel is to be constructed primarily on fill, and
any minor excavation would also be considered incidental.
The top soil replacement is not included in the compacted fill line
item. All placement of topsoil is assumed to be part of the grassing
process and is covered in greater detail in that technical
specifications.
Whether those answers post to BidSync or a second addendum is up to you
guys. Let me know if you need anything else from us.

calculated into line item 7: Required Excavation- 70,800 CY? Also is the

CY?
