Records on filed and have determined the easement is in the City of
Irving and is the responsibility of the property owners adjoined
thereto.
I have submitted a request to dismiss the citation issued to Trammil

I tried calling, but you weren’t in. Please call so we can discuss.
I have copied Kyle Ray (the previous land owner – TXU/Luminant). They
were never required to maintain these areas outside the fence in all the
years that they owned the property. In addition, the survey deeds
indicate that we do not own the property in question.

Hello Mr. Walker,
After researching the issue more on our end and looking into it with
Oncore I was unable to find any information that would indicate that the
area is not the property owners responsibility. With that being said I
had to issue a citation for the high weeds/grass on the property, the
next step I need to take is having a city crew cut the high weeds and
grass on the property. To avoid this and the related charge, the grass
will have to be cut a.s.a.p.
