North Lake Dam -- City of Dallas ApprovalKen-
In going over our remaining action items for North Lake, I came across
a letter that FNI had drafted for the City of Coppell to send to the
City of Dallas for their approval process. The letter contains a number
of statements regarding responsibilities and approvals for the project.
My understanding is that Dallas will respond with a letter of no
objection once they are satisfied with these statements.
Looking through my records, I could not tell/remember if the City had
sent this letter yet or if Dallas had responded. If not, you can update,
sign, and send the letter to Dallas as part of the process. Let me know
if you have any questions.
