However they asked that we confirm this is the elevation we need since they contend the 0.7 variation between their Bench Mark and Kimley Horns was never resolved. Michael Suarez (Archer Western) did say he intends to keep the pumps running until they are removed, so he expects to reach 477.4 regardless, which would compensate for the 0.7 discrepancy while lowering the lake, but that doesn’t help us on establishing what is the “True” 485 Lake Edge elevation everything we’re planning is based on. Can you shed some light on this issue please? H.
