Subject: RE: North Lake Dam Lowering
Steve-
We requested information from the City of Coppell regarding
this. I haven’t heard anything but I will follow up with Keith and talk
to my surveyors.
Thanks.

Subject: North Lake Dam Lowering
Brad:
During today’s progress meeting we were told the lake water
level has been lowered to 478.10
478 was their target level, so they intend to have the pumps
removed Monday morning.
However they asked that we confirm this is the elevation we need
since they contend the 0.7 variation between their Bench Mark and Kimley
Horns was never resolved.
Michael Suarez (Archer Western) did say he intends to keep the
pumps running until they are removed, so he expects to reach 477.4
regardless, which would compensate for the 0.7 discrepancy while
lowering the lake, but that doesn’t help us on establishing what is the
“True” 485 Lake Edge elevation everything we’re planning is based on.
Can you shed some light on this issue please?
