RE Referred TCEQ complaint - construction in a wetland (2)To all:
I just spoke with Gary Hamman (Inspector - City of Irving). He had
just driven all around the West Cell and didn't see any evidence of any
new fill as referred to in the complaint. We surmised that the
complaint "might be" stemming from the spillway prep work
(Archer-Western), but he couldn't tell for sure. I did share with him
that we currently have a West Cell Phase 1 Grading Permit, but we have
not started yet pending our utility negotiations with the City of Irving
and Dallas. In addition, we also had a wetlands delineation study (Rudi
Reinecke) underway as well.
Gary said that he would report back to his supervisor (Gary Fennell)
and they would reply back to TCEQ.
Thanks,
Bill

Bill,
Just an FYI. The TCEQ forwarded us a complaint they received
concerning filling operations at Northlake. None of this property is in
the City of Coppell so we will advise them to contact Irving or Dallas.

FYI,
I received this email below from TCEQ. I think he is referring to the
Billingsley development in the City of Irving/Dallas? Do you know if
they are hauling material to this site?
The original complaint to TCEQ was from ......

I didn't know if I had to use the Non-Emergency Request for Service
page or if I could send the complaint directly to you. I also don't
know if this particular area qualifies as a wetland, nor do I have
operator information. If this is a wetland, please make sure that they
have obtained the proper 404 permit from USACE. Let me know if you have
any questions.
