Last night, the Planning and Zoning Commission held the zoning case under advisement
until the February 18th meeting. The applicant will be coming back through the
Development Review Process with an alternative plan. However, the new plans are not
plan ready for our review. The applicant will bring a set of revised plans when he attends
the February 4tu DRC meeting.
