Re CW - Conduits at DividendTom, What is the purpose of the sleeves? Why not place them under the private drive portion you are building? The only portions to be removed are the the edges of the cup-de-sac to allow for the installation of the new curb. The conduit will either need to be bored or the concrete will need to be cut and replaced. I just wanted to reconfirm this direction before final pricing comes back. Please let me know your thoughts.
