North Lake (5)From 478 to 485, it will take 11” of runoff. With the highly urbanized
drainage area, that would likely be 15 to 25” of rainfall. We average
about 35” per year, so under normal conditions, it would likely fill
over the spring of 2015. If next winter and spring are like this past
one, then longer. Is there any mention of time frame in your agreement
with them or just the generic “keep it full”?
Thanks,
John
