I didn't know if I had to use the Non-Emergency Request for Service page or if I could send the complaint directly to you. I also don't know if this particular area qualifies as a wetland,
nor do I have operator information. If this is a wetland, please make sure that they have obtained the proper 404 permit from USACE. Let me know if you have any questions.
