Dear Mr. Mrazik:
As the City Engineer for the City of Coppell, Texas, we are
requesting that the Federal Emergency Management Agency
(FEMA) approve a conditional Letter of Map Revision (LOMR)
for a tract of land within the corporate limits of the City
of Coppell. The tract, known as the Keas Construction Tract,
is subject to periodic flooding from the Elm Fork of the
Trinity. A Flood Insurance Study (F.I.S.) for this city was
prepared in 1978. The Floodplain Reclamation Study for the
Keas Construction Tract is submitted for your technical
review.
